Thanks to my dad for the suggestion to make pumpkin cupcakes. Yellow cake mix + pumpkin + a few extras. The frosting is honey cinnamon cream cheese frosting. I don't like pumpkin that much (dessert is defined by inclusion of chocolate and/or fruit, not vegetables), but I think these are pretty tasty nonetheless. (Mom, I bet you would like these a lot.)
