So I baked an apple cake, from this great recipe my aunt recommended to me.

I think we might get to eat some apple cake on Labor Day...thanks to your aunt.
Made the apple cake with peaches instead of apples. A little too moist, should have drained the peaches better--or not heated them at all. But I wanted the honey flavor. It was good though. Next time it's plums
