they are homely little bears, in blue. they are cute only in the sense you feel sorry for them as they stare earnestly at you.
this is what happens when you don't really think through a cupcake plan and just buy some random things and then figure out what to do with them once you get home. I bought yellow candy melts too, which could have made for some nice yellow bears but I didn't have any yellow food coloring.
I made a second batch of cupcakes, pumpkin cupcakes with maple cream cheese frosting.
they look more presentable.

I think the bears are adorable! They are only homely in the same way that koala bears are also a little homely because of their slightly smushed faces.
